Executive Assessments
SERVICES: Executive Assessment programs are customized to fit the individual needs of our clients. However, these assessments typically fall into one of two levels: Lean and Leadership. Lean assessments incorporate a job analysis and/or hiring manager pre-brief along with psychometric testing (usually personality and cognitive ability) and a one and a half to two hour interview. This is followed by generating a precision report and debriefing the hiring manager and other stakeholders. Leadership assessments follow the same trajectory, but they include simulation exercises (e.g., role plays, case analyses, and presentations - depending on the needs of the position) and an expanded report. Candidate feedback and coaching sessions are optional extensions.
